Spread the love with this beautiful heart opening posture, Bow.

Lie flat on your tummy. Arms lie alongside your body. Palms face up. Exhale, bend your knees, bring your heels as close as you can to your buttocks.

Reach back and grab hold of your ankles. Keep your knees hip-width distance apart..

Inhale, lift your heels away from your butt and lift your thighs off the floor. Pull your shoulder blades onto your back. This will encourage your heart to open.

Hold the pose for at least 20-30 seconds. Release as you exhale. Let out a big sigh of relief and then relax for a few moments. Then repeat a couple more times. Bow will help to reduce anxiety and fight fatigue. Other benefits include helping maintain youthfulness and assisting in weight loss.
