All eyes are on a massive skeleton, a heavily pregnant lady and a giant kangaroo down at Cottesloe Beach. They’re among the 70-plus drawcards at this year’s Sculptures by the Sea exhibition, running for 18 days. The Starfish was at cocktails heralding this year’s event, hosted by founder David Handley.
